1. Operator. This website (aurekto.com) is operated by Aurekto ("Aurekto", "we"). Business registration and contact details are listed on the Business Information page.
2. Products. Aurekto sells leather photocard cases and related accessories. Product images are for reference; leather is a natural material and minor variations in grain, tone, and texture are inherent to the product, not defects.
3. Orders. An order is confirmed when payment is completed and an order confirmation email is sent. We may cancel and refund orders in cases of pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Pre-orders. Items marked "Pre-order" ship on or after the stated shipping window. The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual property. All site content, product designs, and brand assets are the property of Aurekto. Customers may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.
6. Customer-uploaded content. Governed by the Custom Photocard Policy and the consent obtained at upload.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the Korea Consumer Agency or the e-commerce dispute mediation bodies.
