Returns & Exchanges
Standard items
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt for change of mind, provided the item is unused and in original condition with packaging. Return shipping for change of mind is paid by the customer.
- For defective or incorrectly shipped items, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We cover all shipping costs and will re-make, exchange, or refund at your choice.
- Natural leather characteristics (grain variation, minor tonal differences, softening over use) are not defects.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Custom photocard items
Custom-made items are produced individually to your order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has begun, as disclosed and agreed at checkout. Defective printing (see re-print standards in the Custom Order Guide) will be re-made or refunded in full.
