    When do I send the photo?

    Once payment is complete, we send you a link to upload your photo. A smartphone photo of an old print is fine.

    Which photo works best?

    For a mother, one from when she was young. For a partner, one taken together, with a line only the two of you understand. Some people carry a child's photo on their bag, or their dog's.

    The card is 55 × 85 mm, so the photo can be swapped later.

    When does it arrive?

    We print the card, fit it into the holder, check it and ship. Couriers run behind around holidays, so please allow extra time.

    Production and returns

    When an order comes in, we print the card, fit it into the holder, check it and pack it. Once printing has begun, cancellation or return is difficult. If there is a defect or we printed it wrong, we remake it, of course.

    If your photo cannot be printed well, we will contact you, and refund in full if you prefer. Your photo is used only to make your card and deleted two weeks after delivery.
