Cancellation Policy
- Standard items: free cancellation any time before dispatch.
- Pre-order items: free cancellation any time before dispatch.
- Custom photocard items: cancellation is possible only before production begins. We'll email you when production starts; after that point, cancellations cannot be accepted except for defects.
- To cancel, contact info@aurekto.com with your order number. Refunds follow the timelines in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
